Display: Button Controls & CommandsUpdated 2 days ago
The Display shows one thermometer at a time. The temp button is how you move around.
Each press of the temp button steps through the readings for the thermometer you are on: Core, then Surface, then Ambient. Keep pressing, and it carries on to the next thermometer and does the same. So every reading on every linked thermometer is reachable by pressing temp repeatedly, at any time. You do not have to wait for an alarm or hold a thermometer nearby.
To stay on the same reading but change thermometer, there is no separate shortcut on the Display: keep pressing temp until you come round to it.
Each thermometer keeps its own target temperature, so you can run a brisket and a chicken at once with different targets and different alarms. For a view of everything at once, with nicknames and photos, use the app. See Using Multiple Thermometers.
