Combustion does not warrant that the operation of the product will be free from minimal errors. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the Warranty Period, Combustion will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Hardware or component with a new or refurbished product with equal or greater features and functions as the Hardware, free of charge. The original purchaser is entitled to this Warranty only if the device is registered to their combustion.inc account, or the purchaser can demonstrate, to Combustion&#x2019;s satisfaction, that the purchaser&#x2019;s request for support falls within the Warranty Period.You may have a right to return your Hardware for a refund within a certain number of days after your purchase is made. Combustion will provide a return shipping address, prepaid shipping label for the outside of the box you ship, and a Returned Materials Authorization (&#x201C;RMA&#x201D;), which must be placed inside the box you ship.Hardware must be transported or shipped to the location that is provided by Combustion support. Provided the Hardware requires repair or replacement and such repair or replacement is covered by this Warranty, Combustion will pay for the costs of shipping repaired or replacement Hardware back to you. If the Hardware does not require repair or replacement, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the Hardware back to you.Combustion will not provide Warranty service for any Hardware that is shipped to Combustion (or to a service location) without pre-authorization by Combustion.
