This covers how to check where it is, what the ship dates on our store pages mean, and what to do if a package is overdue.<hr><h2 id="first-which-kind-of-order-is-it">First, which kind of order is it?</h2>The answer depends on this, so it is worth checking your confirmation email.In-stock items ship from our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once they go out.Items showing a month, such as &quot;Ships August&quot; are not yet in the warehouse. That month is our best estimate of when that production run reaches us and starts going out, not a promise about your individual parcel. Orders in a run generally ship in the order they were placed, so if you ordered early in the window, you are earlier in the queue.If your order has both. An order containing an In Stock item and a pre-ordered item ships once, when every item is ready, so the whole order moves on the later date. If you would rather not wait that long, email us.Why we give a month and not a date. These are manufactured in production runs. Until a run has cleared assembly and testing and physically landed, the honest answer is a window, and a date we invented would only be a date we later moved. If the order is In Stock and it has been more than 5 business days, get in touch.There is no tracking number before that email exists. If you have no tracking, the order has not shipped yet.
