When will my order ship?

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

Items listed with a month rather than a date are produced in runs, and the month shown is an estimate of when that run begins shipping. Shipping dates are estimated and subject to change. Where an estimate changes materially, we will inform affected customers by email.

Where an order contains both In Stock and pre-ordered items, the order ships complete once every item is available. If you prefer to receive the available items sooner, please email [email protected].

When the order ships, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number.

What if my order does not arrive?

If you have not received your order within the time indicated by your shipping confirmation email, contact [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can work toward a satisfactory solution.

Can I cancel?

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships, including a pre-ordered item awaiting production, for a full refund to the original method of payment. Email [email protected]. Our Refund policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds in full.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost depends on the contents of your order and its destination, and is calculated automatically at checkout. Any expedited options available for your address are also shown at checkout and affect transit time only, not processing or production time.

What about taxes and duties?

Sales tax within the USA is calculated and collected at checkout.

For customers outside the USA, shipping is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all necessary taxes, duties, and import fees are calculated and pre-paid at checkout, so customs should not hold your order or charge you on arrival.

Iceland is the exception. Orders to Iceland ship DDU (delivery duty unpaid) and may attract taxes payable on arrival rather than at checkout.

International orders are handled by our shipping partner Passport, who manages duties, VAT, and customs paperwork.

What countries will Combustion Inc. ship to?

We ship within the USA and its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, and to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and every EU and EEA member state.
