SafeCook™: Food Safety Disclaimer and SourcesUpdated 4 days ago
The short version
All home cooking is at your own risk, and no warranty or guarantee of safety is implied.
Plenty of people eat food that does not meet government criteria, from rare steak to sushi, and intact cuts of properly handled food are safer than most people assume. Use your own judgment.
