First, let's make sure only one Combustion tool is active - just the thermometer. Could you please turn off your other tools?
To do this:
- Hold the button on the Booster for 1 second to turn it off
- Hold the start button on the Display for 1 second to turn it off
Next, let's ensure the Combustion app isn't running anywhere else, like on an iPad.
Now, restart the app on your phone. This should give us the best chance at a clean connection to your CPT.
