Your Giant Grill Gauge has 5 front buttons and a power button on the back.
Each button has single-press and long-press/hold functions, plus combinations for advanced controls.

💡 Quick Tips:
- Backlight: The GGG backlight is full color, user-adjustable, and has a 15-second timeout by default.
- Cycle Views: Use < and > to scroll through Core, Surface, Ambient, Cooking To, Ready In/Cook %.
- Switching Thermometers: Hold < or > for 1 second to cycle through thermometers without changing the current view.
- Identify Thermometer: When in scan mode, hold your CPT near the Gauge to highlight it on screen.
