Your Giant Grill Gauge has 5 front buttons and a power button on the back.

Each button has single-press and long-press/hold functions, plus combinations for advanced controls.

💡 Quick Tips:

  • Backlight: The GGG backlight is full color, user-adjustable, and has a 15-second timeout by default.
  • Cycle Views: Use < and > to scroll through Core, Surface, Ambient, Cooking To, Ready In/Cook %.
  • Switching Thermometers: Hold < or > for 1 second to cycle through thermometers without changing the current view.
  • Identify Thermometer: When in scan mode, hold your CPT near the Gauge to highlight it on screen.

With these controls, you’ll have full command of your Giant Grill Gauge and can customize it for any cooking setup 🔥
