Still have a question?
If an update will not apply, or a tool behaves differently after one, Firmware Updates: Complete Guide has the full update procedure, and Combustion App: Troubleshooting Guide covers app problems. One thing to check first: a Booster will not update while it is holding a thermometer, because a docked thermometer switches the Booster radio off. Take the thermometer out first.
Otherwise, email [email protected] and tell us which tool, which version you are on, and what you are seeing.
